Dear Zimmermann Kaffeehaus Ticket Buyers;

Thank you so much for purchasing a ticket to our November 16 “Zimmermann Kaffeehaus” concert and fundraiser. We are eager to see you this coming Sunday.  

Here are a few tips that should make your experience even more enjoyable.

1. We would like to encourage you to arrive early. Doors will open at 1:15 (for the 2pm event) on Sunday, November 16, at the German American Society located at 5626 NE Alameda St. (Corner of NE 57th and Sandy Blvd).

2. The German American Society has a nice parking lot just north of the building, but it may fill up, in which case, you will find that there is ample street parking in the neighborhood adjacent to the German American Society.

3. Coffee (Regular/Decaf), and/or tea, is included with your admission ticket – served in a special mug that you may take home.  After you arrive, we encourage you to purchase scrip tickets ($4 per ticket – or 11 tickets for $40), which can be used to purchase pastries, beer, wine, or placed in a raffle basket.

4. Please take some time to examine the 11 gift baskets that are in the raffle, the silent auction tables, or the table of quick sale items.

5. Guests will sit at tables for 8.  If you are attending with friends, we encourage you to arrive early to select suitable seating.
